With both of these, DPS a spider to under 20%, then Right-Click the Glue on it, then Right-Click the harness, then bring it to the empty room (as indicated by  on the map)
Do not invis, or you will lose the spider and have to re-do this step

This is possibly the longest quest of all time, i feel like i should get an epic weapon for this
If you fail to kill the 2 geonid Fragments, or fail to get credit for their death, you can re-hail Andera and she'll reset the steps for you.
Hursa Brightsteel is located under the bank.

Get mercenary quests but don't do them until you have this Invading Ice quest - I had to redo mercenary tasks as I did them first and they don't update when you get this quest...
I found out tonight that during the captured terror part that after you click the harness, you can use you fellowship campfire clicky and campfire to the room without having to run the terror all the way there. Did this 5 times with my box group.
When capturing a spider i clicked the glue then clicked the harness but the mob died as the harness landed. The harness poofed and no matter what i said to whom i could not get another harness. I had to go back to Hursa and say "capture a spider" to her again and redo the Spider Harness quest. I had no trouble getting the glue again from Roderick though. I just repeated the phrase "to help andera" to him and he gave me another glue. To make it easier on myself i had all the toons that hadn't passed the "bring a live spider" stage get the harness task also so more items would drop per mob. Only had to kill one of each mob that way. All the toons that had passed that stage couldn't get "spider harness" again. Hope this helps.

is incorrect.
"capture device for a terror" is the correct phrase to say to Hursa Brightsteel for the Crystal Terror Capture Harness item.
Is it possible to get another harness or do i have to start this lengthy quest over? tried repeating the harness phrase but no such luck. The mob went poof but everyone else in my group got credit
It was possible to redo the harness quest on Beta to get a new one, not sure about Live, for the spider harness
For the terror harness it was just the regular phrase and it would re-give the harness

Instructions should say to talk to Hursa Brightsteel and say "capture a spider" to get the quest Spider Harness. It would be helpful to have a location on your map for Hursa too.
Without that, I spent some time freaking out, thinking that the quest was bugged and I would have to run it again.
Added a note on that step for her map marker, it was listed on the page of her side quest she gives
