Return the torch to Tobart 0/1 (The Great Divide) Return to and Turn in the Torch to Tobart (as indicated by on the map)

This task only needs to run and kill a simple monster, my level 112 DRU gets 0.398% experience, and 111 level WIZ gets 0.480% experience, I think if level 110 will get more

Completing the partisan quests gives you 20% normal experience when level 111

Note the missive is TEMPORARY... BUT... if you hail tobart he will give you another one
